VRSF 3″ Catback Exhaust??

Is anyone running this system on their 335/435? Currently on sale through VRSF. Just curious to hear what it may sound like with a catless downpipe. I'm running factory exhaust from my catless DP back...looking for more sound, but not to spend mucho dinero!

Thanks!

(I could only find one sound clip on YouTube)

If you’re trying to save money just order the rev9 one from eBay. They’re just muffler deletes with tips.

The catback version has a muffler on it

It's in the title but know what you mean. Muffler delete is only sold as an axle back

I've actually heard the same thing. I've been trying to get in touch (for a while now) with VRSF, with no luck. I am hoping it was just a first batch issue or something like that...

Just got my response from VRSF:

"One hanger needs to be bent a bit, most shops can complete this in less than 15 minutes."

Looks like hanger location is still a small issue, but just needs a little bending to fit correctly

Good too know but dumb that a person spends money to bend a hanger lol

Haha, agreed! I would be installing myself...but would be nice to know that the brand new exhaust I'd be purchasing would actually fit without having to bend or even move/weld hangers

Yeah that's just stupid. We should be able to take it out of the box and directly bolt it on. If this is how VRSF products will be then the prices should be even cheaper 😎

To be fair, at $700-800 for a full catback, they are they cheapest by far. And at the same time, VRSF products are infamous for having fitment issues. You get what you pay for.

I've heard it's not much different sounding than the stock exhaust. Would like to hear an sound clip with the stock downpipe and just the vrsf exhaust. Not that you are gaining much performance with a catback but I would also like to see if there is any dyno evidence of hp increase.

I've only seen one dyno (by the manufacture) that showed a power increase, it was about 10-15whp.

I just had the VRSF 3" catback installed on my N55 with stock downpipe. About to go pick it up from the shop now.
