Updated with pics. Ran just over 35k miles on these.

The perches are seized to the collars. I soaked them overnight in PB hoping to free them but they are not budging and I don't want to damage them. I would hope a few more days of soaking them would break free - but I can't say that for sure.

I don't have installed measurements, but I put these on to replace H&R Sport springs. When we did the install, I had the car measured and had the shop match the H&R sport ride height. I will add some pictures below of my car with them installed. Worst case they are plug and play at that height.

Installed on 2016 340i xDrive. Zero complaints, no issues, great product, would definitely buy again.

Lowered price to $600 plus actual shipping. Packed up and ready to ship in original box 31x12x10", weighs 55 pounds. Shipping estimate is $40-55.

Honestly, like the first day. My wife puts a lot of miles on this car and has never mentioned the suspension.

I had the same issue with my pss10s on my e46. Try soaking in ATF. That worked for me.
