I just realized how differently tire companies sell in different regions. Many tires I used e.g. general G-MAX is not sold in europe.

This is no different than the Generic MPSS and BMW Star MPSS.

It’s even more interesting as the Generic MPS4S in the Autobild test was Wet Performance. If not for that, the MPS4S would have probably tied the SC6 for first in the tests.

BMW and Michelin have actually downgraded the wet performance with the Star Version, but the BMW Engineers obviously found this more acceptable than the Generics.

I would note no such changes were required by BMW Engineers on the “generic” SC6.

topbanden.com is good.
Cool. Thanks for the source to show the differences. That Euro label is interesting. I wonder if the criteria for the various scores is available.

For what it's worth, the G20 M Sport is coming equipped with PS4S.

Has anyone used or considered the Nokian zLine tires? Curious because their comfort and roll resistance ratings are higher than the MPSS but are the same class tire with Y ratings. I would go with MPSS or MPS4S without any Nokian testimonials so curious if these are good tires.

I am not sure why you get so aggressive behind the keyboard about these tires that are not even available for the F3x.

I love continents tires but any very slight performance gain by these SC6s is negated by the fact that the PS4S will no doubt last a few thousand miles longer

Likewise, as the cost is significantly lower, the SC6 lower mileage is negated.
No, they don't.

335i front brakes: 13.4"
335i M sport brakes - front: 14.6" front / rear: 13.6" rear
And TireRack has the SC6 in the following sizes... notice none of those offerings will fit the front wheels of the 19" or 20" let alone the 18" offerings. SC6 is not available in 18".

Also, check Discount Tire Direct because they don't even sell the Continental SC6... at all.

If the two largest retailers in the United States (TireRack and Discount Tire) don't sell it in the appropriate size, it's practically not available in the US.

Vaporware that the average consumer cannot locate for purchase.
