I saw some dude on craigslist saying he codes bmw's and one of the things on the list was cool to me..
He said he can make the mirrors fold automatically when you lock the car on the remote. But he is too far for me to drive there... is there any way i can do this myself? Or can somebody in the Los Angeles area do this for me?

Bimmercode, get the wifi (not Bluetooth) adapter from amazon and buy the coding portion in app in bimmercode. Done!

It requires FSC Code or ConnectedDrive Subscription. FDL coding along will not enable.

Many sell FSC Code set, including I.

Make sure car has Aerial wifi antenna, unless you want to mount phone to HVAC vent next to IDrive screen.

I have connected drive and have Ariel antenna.... what else do I need to do?

I beg to differ, I got bimmercode with veepeak adapter (bluetooth connection) and it worked great. Wifi is bad because it just connects to the wifi in my house, so you have to do it manually, blue tooth just swipe up and enable, then it connects and works fine.

Decide if you want Fullscreen or not and PM someone who sells FSC set.

Then, it is a simple as:
1. Connect Computer to Car
2. Run program
3. Enter code or load file
4. Press some buttons
5. Enjoy
