Pcv is bad

on my 335i im convinced that the pcv is bad and engine is starting to squeal is there anything i can do to limp it for a few days untill i get parts to fix it. i dont want to keep driving and blow out the seals so im looking for a way so i can relieve pressure. or is it best to not drive it until i get the parts.
