"rear right indicator fault"

Got my Oled tail lights a few months ago and all was good. Yesterday however, I got a "rear right indicator fault" message and the blinking sound was twice as quick. Went outside and it was blinking just fine.
Wondering if this means the lights are faulty or wether the wattage of the led tails are causing some sort of electrical fault - maybe a coding adjustment is necessary?
Can't find any other discussions about this issue, seems to be solid for most people

I had this issue. It was the problem with the connector that connects onto the light unit. Had to cut it off and replaced it with a new one.
