I would park the car you want parked outside your own house outside her house everyday for a bit.
I like the idea of buying an old van or something and parking it as close to her drive without blocking it as possible.. I can be a right cunt if someone fucks with me and gets my back up and would do something like that myself  |

You will need a windy day when she's parked in front of your house... Water your lawn and then fertilize it. Make sure the wind gets the car wet and blows fertilizer on it.
