The link's getting censored . Thanks for digging it up though. Maybe put a space in the link so it doesn't get censored and I can stitch it together? Thanks

Your welcome and thanks. I probably won’t be able to get my wheels and tires all figure out until next summer but I will be picking up the wheels in a couple of weeks.

I am going to take off the decals I have and replace them with one big one on the back.

Finally lowered! Still need to adjust the height a little but to damn tired and it was 90 degrees today. I want to drive it for a week to see exactly what I need to do. I might raise the back and lower the front a little. Drives great and not bouncy at all.

Before.......

Front

Rear

After.........

Front......it has settled a little but I think I need to go a little lower to match the rear.

Rear

Suspension height test........

Clear car was track........pass

Costco run with out water and full tank of gas......pass

Costco run with two cases of water and full tank of gas..........????

Speed bump..........pass

Parking garage at work...........can’t use my normal exit due to scraping.

I don’t think it would pass with two rear passengers and a full Costco run.

Ordered led reverse lights, and new led a/c illuminated dash trim piece and Y adapter. Also CF roundels for trunk, hood and wheels. Black and white.

Bentley repair book and trunk triangles with mounts.

Will need to replace front brakes soon but M brakes are out of my price range.

Just installed LCI trim with back lighting. I don’t really care for the gloss black.

I know you don't get too many responses on this thread, but know that I'm reading and enjoying. Nothing but mild, tasteful mods in my book . Really looking forward to seeing the E90 M3 wheels on the car. Keep up the good work!

Thanks I appreciate your comment! Of course I would like more comments but this is really for me to keep track of my build.

Not sure if I will put those wheels on lol

Might be more work then I want to do. I bought some 704m wheels that are brand new.

Haha understandable. I saw the 704's they're awfully pretty too.

What are the specs on the M3 wheels?

I think they came off a 2008 M5

Front
19X8.5 offset 29

Rear
19X9.5 offset 23

The pulling and rolling of the fenders and running negative camber in the rear to get them to sit on my car how I would want might be to damaging to my car.

Trying to trade them for a backup camera lol

The 704m wheels I got for 1250 shipped. Tires, wheels, center caps and sensors.

I'm pretty sure their E90's, but I could be wrong. The E90 M wheels look quite similar to the E60 wheels though, maybe the E90 wheels are a carryover from the later E60s. Idk, but I've definitely seen those on an E90 M3 before lol.

And gotcha, I feel like the fronts might fit OK right? The rears would be an issue though... Either way, good luck with 'em, or good luck with your backup camera

And that sounds like a good deal for the 704's for such an inclusive package, assuming the tires are OK. Congrats
