No. You need a device like a JB4 or something similar just to kill the signal from the O2 sensor; it's not something you can access via coding. There are also devices to extend the distance between the O2 sensor and where it plugs in such that the sensor isn't directly in the exhaust stream.

Can be done by coding - CEL OFF, but first - work with dump from dme
