I'm really wanting the M performance trim but the cost from BMW is insane - waiting for a good condition 2nd hand pair - how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking Quote:

With that part number schmiedmann has them for £174 each. However they list them as sakhir orange.

Sakhir orange and Coral Red interiors are very very similar and on the door handle alone it looks identical to the seats and door arm rests. |

IIRC, I got the M Performance trim on eBay from Blue Bell BMW in Crewe for under £470, there was also a crazy eBay offer on at the time which saved me an extra 10% so to me it was a no brainer Thanks for the part number too, wow, £250 per handle sounds crazy - they are really nice though! I'll keep an eye out... |

Point the mirror upwards as far as it'll go and using a wide trim removal tool pop it out from the bottom

Car looks good mate! I’m also in the Manchester area and will keep an eye out for this one on the roads. It’s lowered, so it will be easy to spot! Top job!

Got the carbon wing mirrors fitted, took about 10 minutes each side with trim tools. Extremely relieved I managed to not break any glass (thanks for the advice above) Also offered up the carbon spoiler which I can't wait to get on Think the next step is the dual exhaust conversion but I'll hold out until I can get some OEM MPE tips As always, humongous pics attached - excuse the dutty car |

So this happened to my genuine splitter at the hands of a McDonalds drive through trial electricity generator ramp.
But good news as it gives me a chance to respray the front end with a few extra bits and get a new splitter on there. Undecided between the Varis Cabon fibre or just another Genuine Matt Splitter - currently leaning towards OEM splitter. |

Front end respray was really only to tidy a few marks (didn't have any stonechips) but decided at the same time to get the numberplate holes filled and a magna plate kit so I can remove the plate as and when in seconds. I also got some Auto ID carbon grills which I think look fantastic Over the moon with the new splitter and smooth front end As always, comments welcome |
