Kies Motorsports M Sport Bumpers on a Euro 3 Series?

I know this topic has been talked to death, but hear me out.

I am very interested in purchasing the M Sport Kit from Kies Motorsports (i.e. bumpers and skirts) for my 340i. I've watched the installation video where Bryan fitted the bumpers to a 328i, but one thing stood out for me when he installed the M Sport Front bumper.

In the video, Bryan removed a black bar from the front of the car that connects what looks like two frame pieces. What I want to know is, does the same procedure for installing the M Sport Front Bumper apply to European F30s, or is there a separate procedure for Euro F30s?

Does that black bar have to come out for the M Sport Bumper to be fitted? I don't want to compromise the structural rigidity of the car.

I am really not sure what to do here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would appreciate if any Euro owners who did the conversion could weigh in here.

Thanks for viewing!

Since Kies offers the product, you're probably better off asking them directly since they will have had more experience from a large swatch of BMW owners.

Asked Kies. They themselves don't know. They said their guess is as good as mine.

Tried looking up PhaseOne to see if I can't contact them directly. No luck.

According to the link provided, the black bar does, in fact, have to be removed in order to fit the front bumper to the car.

There is a link on GetBMWParts for a PDF on the link provided. It's for a installation manual.

From the looks of it, it applies to all cars.

Yes, the black bar has to be removed (it's pretty much just a bumper support bar) and depending on the model, other pieces have to be removed as well.
