E90 (2007/08) Business v Professional Navigation Console Upgrade Help

I'm new to these forums so please so please excuse an errors in etiquette.

I have a BMW MY08 E90 (Aug 2007) 323i 6Cyl.

To my disappointment it has the CiC Business Navigation Unit (the one without the hard drive). This means that for full navigation maps etc I have to have the DVD in the drive, which also means no music CD's if Im using the navigation. To be honest I think its a weird setup.

I would very much like to swap the Business Navi Console over for a Professional Console that had two drives; one for CD's and one for DVD such as the BMW Navi Maps.

What I need help with is which model console do I need. I have tracked a few down on eBay see following links:

Can anyone give me some directions as to which one I need, they are rather expensive so I don want to stuff it up. I tried calling BMW Dealer and they didn't want to help out.
