Mac only possible with Bootcamp or VMWare with a .vmx modification.

Yes, as I worte, VMWare with a .vmx modification works.

Hey Shawn sorry to post again, still have one more to unlock PM. I may as well be a little more specific.

So, I have been reading about flashing my HU. I have 2018 330i x with NBTevo-Lxx. Is there a prefered guide that you have when going through the flash process? I have coding experience but there are a lot of steps and with my HU on the line is a little scary. I am also curiosu about which version of the PSdZdata file I should use. Can I use any of them or are some specific to certain models? Do you have a preferred version of E-sys that I should I use?

Ps. What you are doing is awesome. It is very much appreciated.

So here we go with a noob Q... how do I tell which of the Targetselector options to use when opening the connection please? F020 maps to an F30, but [ignoring the DIRECT options] there are still 2 to choose from and I cannot reconcile these against my chassis number

Thanks in anticipation. I took a punt at the second, being the LCI model and managed to read some data as a potential backup, but don't want to use in anger until I know the background data structure matched the vehicle. Editing a Windows Registry is a lot easier!

You will allways find 2 Istep version in esys. 21-11 is higher and you should to use allways higher version just in case that something going wrong you can switch on lower
