Disconnecting ecu connectors without battery being disconnected.
As title says, I disconnected the all of the ECU connectors without the battery being disconnected. After putting the connectors back on to the ECU and starting up the car, the car throws out a Drivetrain malfunction error. I then disconnected the battery and waited about 30 minutes. Connected the battery again and started up the car, but same error. Did this several times with same outcome.
Any ideas? Yes I am aware that i shouldn't of disconnected anything from the ecu while battery was connected. |

Did you drive the car to see if the error goes away?
Normally drivetrain error comes up every time on 1st startup after you disconnect the battery - drive the car a short distance & it goes away...
