Needed new brakes
Needed front 340mm disks and pads on the 330d. Appropriate use of man maths resulted in this, including the brake upgrade:
I've only done 70 miles or so but it is clearly a good improvement. Car is 4 years old and about to tick over to 60k. Everything is just a bit more instant, with useful gob of extra power available between 70 and 100. Has been a good couple of weeks, last week I talked a local dealer into applying the patch for the noisy adaptive suspension which he did, along with an update to iDrive etc, for nothing. Annoying noises seem barely detectable now.
