Did you end up removing the secondary cats? Another member said you can give some insight into how it was done (the pipe going into the secondary cat is kind of flattened and an exhaust shop i went to said it can't be done).

***UPDATED WITH NEW VIDEO*** 2.22.18
Running a custom tune now and gives the exhaust note slightly changed. Car rev's were in Comfort and Sport Modes. You can hear some cracks at 0:15-0:20. This is not a burble tune. |

Has anyone here with a 328 (or 330) done a muffler delete out to two single tips like a 335 (or 340)?
Im trying to think of how best to do it, logistically speaking. I have a 328i diffuser and am trying to source a carbon fiber m sport style diffuser for the two single tips. I imagine that I would have to have the diffuser there at the muffler shop, for the shop to measure where the tips should end at correctly? 1. Bring car to muffler shop 2. Remove stock diffuser 3. Shop cuts off muffler 4. I install new diffuser 5. Shop fabricates/bends pipes accordingly? Any ideas on how to do this a more efficient way? I wouldn't be able to even test fit the diffuser if my stock exhaust system is there, in the way, correct?

or ask to borrow the 335/340 rear diffuser before going into the shop. Its essentially a direct replacement of the 320/328 diffuser.
