Adjust speed restrictions on anti dazzle 2017 330e adaptive led

Greetings from Norway!

I asked first in the wrong forum, but here goes.

On my car, (2017 330e) the anti dazzle function will not work if im driving below 70kmh (43mph)
But the full beam assistant still works.
It has been like this since i got the car, new in may 17.
According to other f30 and g30 owners their car have the anti dazzle function all the way down to 35-40kmh (21-24mph)
I talked many times with my bmw dealer about this, but they cant find out why my car is different. Upgraded all software's too.
Even checked with carly, but it does not seem to be possible to adjust it there either.
According to bmw documentation it does not say whitch speed restrictions the anti dazzle have, only the angle of lightning during different speeds on highways etc.

I got a tip on the other forum that there is posible to adjust the restrictions in the software esys.
I have been looking a little on the cheat sheets, there they show how to delete some codes, and then add an other one to make high beam assistant enabled, and then adjust the restrictions on the speed.

But is that the right way to do it with my car, whitch allready have the high beam assistant since it is a Norwegian/european car?

I only want to adjust the speed restrictions lower, without risking the cars warrany (5 years and 200 000km in norway )

Apologies in advanced for my "Petter Solberg english"

You can try to change these settings in FEM (see attached picture).
These are the restrictions for disabling High Beam Assistent (3C=60km/h) and for enabling HBA (46=70km/h).
But i didn't test it.

What do you type in to get that lower, (2C-1C?) since it is not typed in with numbers?

You have to change it in hex values.

For example:

Disabling HBA at 50km/h (upper value) = 32
Enabling HBA at 60km/h (lower value) = 3C

or

Disabling HBA at 40km/h (upper value) = 28
Enabling HBA at 50km/h (lower value) = 32
