Catless Downpipe - service implications?

Just put BM3 stage 1 tune on my 2016 330i F31. Love it. Of course now I want Stage 2.
I’ve read enough to feel that I’ll be ok with a little smell from catless dp’s but I’m worried about servicing. Usually go to BMW Sydney. But will they get the shits if the dp is catless?
I get that it won’t pass an emissions test but I don’t live in an area where the police look for that kind of thing and know a friendly local place for pink slips.
