I'm looking to buy the M Brake upgrade from a BMW dealer on Ebay as well, but I have the Maintenance plan and I am wondering how this may affect that, and/or the warranty? Not sure my dealer will install customer supplied parts, even if from another BMW dealer, and if I get done somewhere else I see them trying to deny any warranty/maintenance claims if they arise, no?

I don't think that you would have any issues at all. These are BMW parts. Even if they were not BMW parts, they would have to prove that problem was caused by the aftermarket parts. As for your local BMW doing the install, they would be happy to. They make most of their money on Labor. Before deciding to do the install myself, I called two local dealerships to get an idea of pricing. Neither of them had an issue with me buying the parts from another dealer.

For F30 non sport version

I have a 2013 328i non sport version, it is currently sitting at 50K and I'm looking for new brake pads/ rotor. Would this be an option for the non sport F30? Also, I'm open for any suggestions!!!

Hey guys - debating on this brake kit (orange calipers I think for me). That said, is this a matter of installing calipers/backing plates/rotors/pads and bleeding the brakes or is there any coding/etc. that needs to be done?

Yes there is coding that should be done. Some people have gone without it said they were fine, if you want to code yourself you can start here and details on how to code the brakes can be found here and/or here.
