EPS Servotronic Help

Hi all, thanks for having me on the forum.

I have a 2015 335i and i had my steering rack replaced with a new bmw part as my old one got damaged when I was hit while parked.

The garage coded the rack so all is well. Shows green on ista with no errors.

However, the variable resistance when you change driving modes does nothing. Car has the 216 servotronic option. Any ideas? Thanks.

You are missing the FSC that should be in the ECU of the steering rack. The FSC has to be ordered specifically for your VIN.

Any reliable sources/website to get that from that aren't £300 from bmw direct? Thanks
