Has anyone used a 14.6V "LiFePO4" charger for coding?

Something like this from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Capacity-Li-B.../dp/B0B67S5R6D, even cheaper on Aliexpress, compared to a dealer level equipment.

I'm wondering if it will hold the amperage or reduce it to zero once it detects battery fully charged?

Edit: meant programming, updating i-level in ista+

It's plenty. Overkill unless you're doing some major coding or flashing.
