I swapped my arm rest for the Alcantara one today.

Attached are some photos of how it looks installed. Leather is matte, mint and clean. No discoloration or shininess. Always kept protected and sun visor always used.

Local preferred, but will ship depending on location.

Arm rest is not sliding.
