Remus is actually very good ! Once owned the remus for the 328i it always has that signature sound when on sport+ and revving it but while comfort it is not that obnoxious. There is that sound when upshifting like a small fart that I seem to notice across all the remus exhausts

Looking forward to try this one on my 340i

I'm looking for a variant of Remus exhaust to replace my MPPSK cat back "pancake style" muffler on my X3 M40i. I'm wanting to keep my stock flap/valve and tips. Anyone have an idea of how to achieve this on a budget?

Looks like this: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=18_1289

With the REMUS exhaust you re-use the stock valves. The tips will not fit, the only way to make them fit is by wielding them to the new exhaust

Yep, that's what I plan on doing.

Just trying to find the right single "pancake" or dual muffler set up that's slightly more gnarly than the MPPSK.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I personally think that 2 Roush high-flow mufflers (made for the V-6 Mustang) would sound amazing on a B58!

But I'd totally rather have a more Eurofied exhaust setup if the price is right.

Nothing. I found out my DP was clogged. I was slowly loosing power and sound in the last few months.

Car sounds amazing again!

How does your dp get clogged? Assuming it's catted?

I guess the material started slowly getting dislodged and working its way down the pipe over time until I had only 3-6psi. It was an ER catted.
