2010 E88

I purchased my 1 about 8 months ago and the ride was awful. Since then I have replaced all 4 tires NRF and installed Koni FSD on all 4 corners. I also had an alignment done all 4 tires balanced and then the balance checked again after 3,000 miles. I also replaced 1 front and 1 rear wheel with OEM. Replaced all 4 rotors and pads. The ride is much improved, but can still be harsh on the interstate highway. You can feel very bump. My question is did I make a mistake with the Koni when paired with the stock M Sport package? Or is there something else I should investigate that could be contributing to the rough ride? Thanks.
