Ya. Edge 5w30 K. Similar approvals as M1 ESP 5w30. It's also API SP so it passes the latest API timing chain test for TGDI engines. This is in addition to the timing chain wear tests under the euro certs.

All BMW specifications have timing chain test performed on N20 since 2018. Generally for timing chain longevity you want thicker oil and lots of ZDDP. |
