Just a feeler, I have:

2013 335i
Estoril Blue M Sport
RWD
Winter Package (heated steering wheel and all 4 seats)
No Nav
66k miles
Replaced Chargepipe with BMS, replaced BOV with GFB DV+, otherwise stock
Up to date on maintenance, No leaks at all.
Body/Paint is great, clean history, very minor stuff from being a 6yr old car.

Im looking to get a cheap e46 RWD Stick Wagon, if I can find one. I'm in MA.

My car (above) just got an entire new OEM Turbo replaced by Wile Motorsports here in MA.

Would now sell the car for $26k. It's now basically a brand new car, albeit with 67k miles.

Contemplating selling my 2014 335i (RWD), 6MT, M-Sport, Estoril with 62K miles.
Has Nav, Premium, Black Leather, Cold Weather (htd steering / front/rear seats). Also has factory MPPK kit installed by dealer and MPE (M-Performance Exhaust). 19" OEM wheels with summer tires (plus an extra set of 18" if needed). I am the original owner. No accidents of any kind. All maintenance completed and ahead of schedule (new spark plugs at 50K, etc..). Complete history is available.

Excellent / like new condition. I am in Michigan. Haven't priced it out yet (or even taken pictures) or posted it for sale, but curious if you are looking and what you want to offer.
