Did the dealer drill those holes in the front without asking you? Jw because i requested and will remind them again NOT to drill any holes in my baby. I was thinking about the no hole license pate bracket that mounts onto the existing towhook:

But at least it doesnt look terrible in the middle there. Better than i thought.

They did ask, and I wasn't happy about the lack of mounting holes, but I got tired of being harassed by the cops in my Miata. It's not the $70 fine, it's the harassment I cannot tolerate. If I must have a front plate (MD sux), I prefer it to be centered. Could be worse - my Miata now has a buck tooth.
