F32 on 18x9 et40

Hello all! Hoping you guys are good. In a huge dilemma. My rims are egg shaped now after many miles and instead of repairing them I would rather go for another set I wanted for a long time. I found a good set of 1552s turbomac that are 18x9 et40. My car is a F32 420d XDrive 2014. Simply put: will they fit? And also will there be any repercussions because of them? Thank you!

As a bracket: I know have the 400m 18 inch (please see the image)

18x9 ET40 will fit with a 255/40/18

are you sure they have it with 5x120?

those wheels are heavy. i'd never spend money on what i'd consider a downgrade. imo, i don't find them particularly attractive and they don't really match on a bmw, however if you like unique and you like them(which is really all that matters) have at it.

Thank you for the advice. Yes I would try to go with something different. It might work, you never know🤷‍♂️
Also, I do not want to lower the car due to not the best roads in the area I am in so I feel this would make a nice fit for not a low car
