We are experiencing insane volume right now maybe due to end of the year not sure but Christine is all by herself still Im told. I am constantly pinging her for everyone who has reached out to me but having minimal success. Im sure she is doing the best she can and I'll also continue to ping her and stay on it for everyone throughout the day each day. Just be aware of large delays.

I would recommend along with emailing that you call the store

805-322-6060 ask for Finance dept and let them know you are a forum member, your vin number, current miles, and what plans you want quotes on or let them know your email so they can look it up with you on the phone

this seems to be a good strategy along with letting me know so I can ping her and get you on the days list

Hello, my name is Kevin and I just joined. Saw your post about warranties. I emailed the “ vipfinance” email with the info on a bmw I am looking at buying. Would you be so kind to follow up with them if you still can? I have about 1 1/2 years left on the original warranty and wondering if I should wait until it’s almost expired. 2022 bmw x5 m50i has 13,750 miles on it

The closer you get to the end of your factory term the higher the cost gets. Thats just the way BMW does it. So sooner you get it the lower the price
