Sorry, posting all over the forum is unlikely to get your car repaired. It needs to go to a transmission specialist where they can open the transmission and do thorough investigation and diagnostics on it. That's the hard truth.

yeah I guess.. but making fun of a newbie with bimmers is not a great thing either I mean we all have to learn and sometimes the hard way... yall making fun of my case like you know all the answers... this is an infomercial blog, not a make fun of the rookies.

There's no fun-making here... You want your car to be fixed, and that's the way it will get fixed. So far you've created a lot of circular threads and didn't yet find a solution. Time to take it to the next step.
The ZF 8HP is popular across many manufacturers, so there are many shops that will be familiar with it. This won't be something you can do at home.
