What do you miss on other cars that you wish your F3x had?

For me:
- radio volume automatically lowered when gear is in reverse;
- change (and memory set) passenger mirror dip angle when in reverse (changed angle using bimmercode helps but still not ideal);
- sunglasses holder (replaced driver side grab handle with soft close sunglasses holder)

- Damn climate control to be synced on both driver & front passenger side!

- A small handle "pocket" on the driver's door, it's where I used to put my phone (I don't like the phone/phone holder in the centre of the dash)

That's really my only major gripe that constantly bugs the hell out of me. Most of the other things that annoyed me I have managed to fix.

Bluetooth that streams music. Ffs my Fiesta ST2 had it as standard.

I am not sure why the Germans insist on leaving a "sync" button out!

Audi don't so it's not a German thing. On the A6 it will sync the two in the back as well if you want. I never do because I'm thankfully free of OCD.

Speed limiter on the cruse control. Very useful for average speed zones.
Radio data info on the display. I can't believe how cheap BMW are to omit this on the base head unit.

Don't understand. If you get to an average zone of 50 mph (say) you set the cruise to 50 mph

Cruise control = 50, not above, not below.
Limit = 50 or below.

I use the limit in 50 zones that have a fair bit of traffic. lets me drive with my foot and not go too fast.

I miss a heated front screen. WHY OH WHY OH WHY OH WHY OH WHY cant more people have it. I know patents and stuff but grrr.

Right well that's the limiter and nothing to do with cruise. Anyway, the F3x has one of those or at least mine did.

Interesting how do you enable it? I have an F31. ..... assuming you don't mean the warning you can set when you exceed a speed. The Merc I've moved from wouldn't let you exceed the speed set unless you kicked down.

you've got two buttons, one cruise, one "LIM" and then the little scroll to set the speed up or down. Just jab limit instead of cruise and set the dial. it'll show a green marker instead of the orange for cruise.

Sync as said, i dont like the new right stalk wiper layout. Was much better with auto on the end rather than 1 click up.

My brothers x4 has it (old shape, not new) so it's clearly just left out in the F3x. Even the loaner 5 series had it. Honestly the most annoying thing in a car ever.

I do also wish the car was smart enough to keep the windows moving up or down if I open the door in the middle of it doing so! Think this is a 4 series issue not a 3!

They all do that but you can code it off.
