What does "genuine" mean here?
Surely it's not OEM.
Is it like BimmerTech or some Chinese brand or what?

It is not bimmer tech, I brought it from eBay, it works like OEM on my car(F32)

We need more information about this. I looked up "Smart Link System" and didn't find a match. What is this? Which cars/units does it work with? What coding/programming does it need to function?

Its this basic chinese carplay box (hence why you cant find anything on it. Also available on aliexpress and alibaba.
