18" V703's on a 328i X-Drive
I'm looking to help get my sister a nice set of year-round wheels. She really likes the VMR V703's (CSL Reps). Looking to find the most practical setup for daily driving. We are in Chicago so the winter potholes aren't too forgiving.
Would 18x8.5 et35 F and 18x8.5 et20 R be a suitable option on a 245/40/18 (or 255) all around? Will clearance ever be a problem on stock suspension? And finally, what all-season tire would you recommend for the most balanced performance across the board? (Dry, Wet, Snow) Thanks in advance. |

18x8.5 +35 square, 235/45/18, continental extremecontact dws06. No fitment/rubbing or x-drive issues.
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...r+dummy&page=2 also, if you have (blue) m-sport brakes, 18" vmr may not fit because the caliper may touch the barrell. if you have base brakes, you shouldn't have a problem. Last edited by alohasurftoad; 10-22-2019 at 12:06 AM.. |
