126k mile f30 N26 2013 (Loss of Power)

No codes. No SES Light. I just notice the acceleration is very sluggish, it does not feel normal. It does it randomly, almost as if it's struggling or choking. I also noticed vibrating from under my seat when car sits at idle, any idea? Thank you.

When was the last time plugs have been changed? Walnut blasting? MAF cleaned/replaced lately?

I've had the car for over a year now, does not say. I too was thinking about the plugs! What about ignition coils? And does the N26 really need walnut blasting? I don't think it's the MAF sensor. But idk
