Bootmod3 datalog review?

I recently installed Stage 1 91 Octane on my 2014 435xi with almost 140k km's. I noticed some knock in the data logs but I'm not an expert at reading data logs and was hoping to get some feedback from you guys

Currently, I have an ER catless downpipe on the car with a VRSF charge pipe and I'm running Petro Canada 94 octane gas

This one is a dig from 1st to the top of 4th I think (I had to let off the throttle or I was going to rear-end a bus lol)

These 3 are 3rd gear 2500-6500. I apologize for the length of the last one, I forgot to stop logging but the pull is at the beginning.

Based on these logs, would it be a good idea for me to move to Stage 1 93 Octane and eventually Stage 2? For any people from Toronto. Can Petro 94 gas support the 93 octane tune?

You need to collect "proper" datalogs. Please read my thread, relog, and report back.

Oh, and get an IC before you do anything else... Even for stage 1.

read Jeremy's post. none of this is usable for anything.

and fyi, knock events under regular driving are normal for the most part because of low rpm high load scenarios. don't worry about that.

Just took a quick look through, focused on timing per your question. The timing is OK in the single gear pulls from the multi gear pull clearly demonstrates your need for an IC since you went from 90-150F IATs over that one pull. Frankly running any tune and getting IATs that high makes absolutely no sense to me, so ill repeat what i said before and get an IC ASAP.

After you install an IC, it looks like your fuel quality may be sufficient to run the 93 map, but of course relog after switching to confirm. You will also need to watch it when you switch to stage 2 since timing will be impacted by the higher boost, even if you keep IATs under control.

Sounds good. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good IC for stage 2 based on my logs?

Tons of threads on this. You are just going to start a debate if you ask here. Just read through one of the many IC threads in this section and pick one. There's also some new/cheaper options out from XPH that haven't really been tested yet.
