As far as I know, only India NEXT 2015 for NBT has been released. I have not heard that India PREMIUM 2015 for CIC has.

Fact is I just noticed two items
1. maps are not updated OTA . Shame on me for assuming otherwise in 2014! (yeah, I only now started digging into it, not a proud moment for a "tech" guy)
2. my March 2014 F31 has a 2013 map...

The latest released Map for Europe CIC is PREMIUM 2014-1.
