You should be fine then. I can't remember the average timeline it has to sit before that occurs, but I'd like to say a couple weeks or more in most cases. If anything, you can always replace the line with an upgraded one or ask your dealer too, if you're under warranty and they'll allow it.

yah she gets driven at least once or twice a week so hopefully I'm good. I'll definitely bring it up next time I'm in for service.

Understand in the F30 section that it has a footnote saying that model year is just informational. Several, if not all 2013s, were on the original line as well.

well according to that last link, I'm not eligible for the recall, my car was produced 12-18-2012 and it looks like the cutoff is July 2012, although as you said there is a caveat to the production range. whatever, I'll still ask my SA about it anyway.

Yeah, there definitely is. Why they only listed those models and then said it was purely informational? Unsure. Maybe those were the most common ones due to mileage? Mine was produced 06/2013 and still had the old line on it!
