Spark plug interval for 2015 N20?

I've searched here, and I keep reading something like 60K miles as the spark plug change interval for a post-2012 car. However, there's this site, which many of you cite as a definitive source: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...nance/GIhHxmX4

What I get from this is that the proper interval with the new enhanced plugs is every 60,000 kilometers, which is a little over 37,000 miles. And my car is at 29K. Now I intend to have my regular independent mechanic do this next year, or maybe I'll be able to handle it once I check out some of the videos on YouTube; so this is not a $500 service. But I wonder: Is this the correct interval?

(By the way, I know the attribution at the top says 528i sedan. But farther down they clarify it to include the 328i. Besides, if it's the same engine, the N20, then the interval should be the same, yes?)

Im replacing mine every 50k miles and coils every 100k. Unless of course I encounter a problem in the interim.

Currently at 75k and running strong.

Ive seen some change every 25k but not sure that's necessary.

You should definitely DIY... likely the only thing youll need to acquire is the correct thin walled socket.

Should be an easy DIY. Kies Motorsports has a couple YouTube videos on it.

Took my original plugs out at 65k miles, they looked like they could have done another 30-40k easy.

I change mine every summer. Overkill I know. I do it for a couple of reasons. For one, I used to wrench on cars for a living, and still like to do it for fun, so it gives me a reason to wrench on my car. The second reason is as a “health” check. If my spark plugs are “wet” for any reason, it alerts me to a potential problem.

Owners manual recommends every 60k miles. Very very easy to do with the right tools. Make sure you have the proper thin walled socket. Bought mine at AutoZone for $7. Hope this helps
