Leather Breaking up on 2015 328i - Will Warranty Cover ?
Hi Folks,
My Car ..less than a year old and I am seeing the leather slowly breaking up on drivers seat. Its not a cut and looks more to do with the quality or condition of the leather. Will my 4 Year warranty cover this ? Regards, Arun |

potentially but you should really be conditioning the leather to preserve it and ensure it does not dry out and crack

He probably has Dakota leather which doesn't ever need conditioning since it's sealed. OP, yes you are covered.

I have been conditioning and cleaning my Dakota leather with Lexol but my driver seat has started making swoosh sounds from the seat bottom as the weight of my body shifts. Asked the dealer about the noise and the SA and the mechanic attributed to the products used to clean and condition the leather.
Anyone else have noises from their seats from using leather care productS? |
