Yeah 18mm I'm sure of it, previous owner had them on the rear.

But you've got me thinking now so I'll double check when home as I've put them away and never looked again since getting the car.

I have lowered mine with h&r can these also go on?sorry to sound dumb.

Yeah should be fine. When I got the car it was on 30mm H&R springs with these 18mm spacers at the rear, I've now taken it back to standard.

and I'm sorry I've just spotted they are not H&R but stamped BIMECC but I was supplied them in an H&R box. Still look to be around £90 new

Are these just for 1 axle, or both front and rear ?

Just the rear, that's all it needs to be honest.

He'd tried 13mm on the front but wasn't happy with the handling.
