F80/M3 Mirror Housing Retrofit Kit

Anyone installed this product yet? JB Speed offers custom paint matched mirror caps. These are the real deal look alike kits, but I haven't been able to find anyone running them yet. Does anyone have any info on these?

Why not just get the mirror caps for half the price?

They're all from AliExpress. Guesstimating based on GBP but they'll be $100-150.
