Brake Force Display Coding On 4 Series

I saw a YouTube video for this coding by Thic F30 using BimmerCode. His vehicle was a 3 series. It was very comprehensive. I followed his directions to the letter but shortly after I started I noticed that a window he had opened in the BimmerCode app was missing. Namely, brake force display type either flashing or area enlargement. Nevertheless I proceeded through each step but as I am sure you can imagine it did not work. Has anybody coded this on a 4 series successfully with BimmerCode? If so, can you tell what steps you took? Thank you.

Mine is a 2014 3 series, I am also having the exact same issue. The display type session is missing.

Had my coder try. The best he could do was to make the third brake light flash. He could not make the taillights flash.

I'm a bit confused, what is it you guys are trying to code in here, the flashing tail lights under heavy breaking? That's what it sounds like anyway

Yes, but not just under heavy braking. Tried to get it to flash under weak braking three times beginning at 5 MPH.

Any updates on this? I encountered the same issue - at least with Bimmercode.

I have successfully coded this with BimmerCode albeit months ago...

I chose area enlargement instead of flashing and had someone driving behind me confirm that it worked.

I did that and he responded. He said it does not work on all cars that is why one step was missing on the BimmerCode app for my year and model.

In rear electronic module you'll see brake force display flashing frequency

I've tried this with BimmerCode -- can confirm that the "Brake Force Display Type" does not show for my 2014 435i in Bimmercode.

So far I have not found the code info in expert mode.
