It is but if you are planning on tuning your car, there is no point in getting another stock CP.
It's only a matter of time before it fails again

I drove already 120.000km without breaking the CP untill now. I still have 1,5 year warranty, so i will not mess with the engine until then
Do you guys know if the failed CP is also the cause why my exaust is rattling? The mechanic said that one could be corelated to the other.

***Update***

I went to BMW on thursday and the misfire together with the warnings were a system error. They needed to update sortware of the car and it is ready to go.
