Why is my trip computer not working?

Hi guys,

I had a Digital Dash installed as an upgrade in my 2013 F34 and it’s a beautiful thing to have. However, I recently noticed that the trip computer in my idrive system doesn’t work at all.

I can’t be sure whether it has anything to do with the digital dash as I never used it much before with the old dash I place.

Is there something that can be done to maybe reset the idrive system to get it working? It doesn’t show any numbers and resetting the trip doesn’t do anything either, the display just stays blank. No Km no average full, no distance. Zero. Nada. Nothing.

Any tips?

Chances are it wasn't properly coded to enable that function.
