I got some issues on my rear lighting

My left turning signal is not working. When I turn on my engine. The rear light just like the image that I attached. What is wrong with my car.

1. Did this all happen at once or lights were starting to malfunction one at a time?
2. What about brake lights? Both work? Reverse lights? Both work?

Also, what year is your car?

Car looks like a 328i so those LCI lights could be aftermarket. The modules could be bad/short circuit or just plain dead.

I have the same issue on a F36. To fix is needed to change the all set?
