Just want to get everyone's thoughts on a lease deal I just got:

2019 440i Gran Coupe
-MSRP: $60,230
-Selling Price: $52,000 (before rebates/credits)
-Money Factor: 0.00165
-Residual: 57% (10k miles/year)
-Term: 36-months
-Total Rebates: $8,250 ($5,250 lease credit; $2,500 loyalty; $500 CA credit)
-Total Drive Off / DAS: $3,000
-Monthly Base Payment: $419.18
-Total Monthly Payment w/ 9.5% tax: $459.00

Is this a fair deal (i.e., is the selling price aggressive or should I have gotten more of a discount)? Thanks!

Look great to me, already very aggresive price on the selling price before rebates, its an awesome deal for the that monthly payment. Congrats on the new car!

Is this a brand new car with less than 100 miles on it?
