Keeping headlights on (pathway?) after shutdown
I noticed that my headlights go off when I shut off the car. Then, as soon as I open the door, my other exterior lights shut off. I would like there to be some delay so that the lights remain on after exiting the vehicle. I thought it was the "Pathway" setting in the lighting menu, but they still shut off after I confirmed that I have the pathway set to a 50s delay.
Is this something that should be coded? I did code the car to shut down the radio as soon as I open the door, but would that also cause the lights to shut down? I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I haven't been able to find any references to it in a search. Thanks, Jeff |

You need to activate it by pulling on the light stalk (as if you were flashing high beams). check out this thread (2nd post): https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=784316
