Seek / Fast Forward Songs / Tracks from Steering Wheel

Does anyone have how can I Seek / Fast Forward Songs / Tracks or VIDEO from Steering Wheel ?

Picture below is from F10 but it's same on F30/F31:

I know I can do with dash board button, but is on the other side...

You doin the little wheel on the right and in your dashboard it should show a list of songs on the electronic screen.
When you find the song you want you press the little spiny wheel down.

I tried that, but it only switch to next song and not fast forward song...
