Pricing Help!! - 2018 BMW 340i
Currently working on getting the car on the attached photos.
CPO BMW website shows an asking price of $37,570. MSRP: $60,570 Only 2,763 miles. I don't mind buying and getting it shipped to the East Coast. But I want to be able to get the best deal possible. I have already checked KBB and it is on that same price range. How much lower you guys think I can negotiate down on the price? So far Sales advisor I spoke to will not allow me to register vehicle in FL since I am military stationed in Maryland. They stated that vehicle needs to be registered where is driven but that is not true for Military FL residents stationed out of State. So, it seems like I will have to register in MD and pay the taxes I was exempt if registered in FL. Car looks to be their 2018 Demo vehicle Included Packages Premium Package •Heated front seats •Advanced RTTI •Remote Services •Navigation system •Head-up Display Executive Package •Automatic High Beams •Side and Top View Cameras •Parking Assistant •Adaptive Full LED Lights •Dynamic Digital Cluster Track Handling Package •M Sport Brakes with Blue Calip •Variable sport steering M Sport Package •Adaptive M Suspension •19" M wheel 704M w/perf rft •Fineline Anthracite Wood Trim •Sport seats •M steering wheel •Aerodynamic kit •Shadowline exterior trim •Anthracite headliner |

Even tho I'm Canadian [Cdn Army for 37 yrs] I certainly believe you are correct with respect to registration. I bought my 128 in Ga from USN folks and they had Texas plates [their "home" state].

With only < 3k miles I think that's an excellent deal if you can pay 38k OTD which is close to 35k sale. I don't see much of a profit for the dealer if they go down to 32k, I'm sure they'll be much more likely to meet you around 35~. However, it never hurts to start low I recently bought my '17 340i MSport CPO with 32k miles for 27.5k sale so that should give you a sense on the price with 30k more miles on the odometer. Happy negotiating and best of luck with the purchase |

Go in and get a number. Sit down with the finance guy and let them see if they can get you a good loan rate. If they can't use your own. When they start adding on dealer fees and what not tell them you don't need that stuff. Once you get the actual out the door price give them a counter and if they don't agree walk out.

Thanks to all, car reserved until I can go physically to see the car. I am out of state so I have to fly there.
More to follow once I close the deal. Thanks again |
