OBD Emissions Readiness Cycle

Does anyone have a mileage estimate for the emissions monitors to go into ready status with mixed driving without going through the step by step drive cycle process? I've seen anywhere from 50 to 200, thanks!

After flashing back to stock, I did 3 separate 8-10 mile trips and they showed ready.

You can still pass a OBD2 emission inspection in all states except California with the evap still reading "not ready."

Yep, I'm aware. Just wanted to post as they pop up ready under mixed driving for anybody who finds this useful.

Also read that to test evaporate you need to be between 3/4 and 1/4 tank, I'm just now at 3/4.

How to pass inspections/emission yearly
put stock downpipe back on and flash back to stock... for n26 only need stockdown pipe, no midpipe change is needed if you have aftermarket
Read any codes and clear it
It should at least take 50-100miles to be ready but follow the readiness code step below.
(drive to Jones beach/point look out) they have straight roads and can coast to a stop there in the am til noonish

put the car in accessory mode for 3 mins
Start the engine and idle the engine for 3 mins with a/c on and rear defrosters on full blast
Then turn the a/c and defrosters off and start driving 55-60mph for 3-4 minutes
Slow down with out using brakes, only using momentum to slow the car down to 20mph
Speed back up to 55-60 while depressing the gas pedal 3/4 for 5-6 minutes
Then slow down to a stop without braking
(Do these at least 3-5 times each) until you have only 1-0 codes remaining, you are only allowed to fail with one light code.

Shouldn't be more than atleast 50-80miles

Anyone know if the EVAP monitors requires to do the complete drive cycle?

All my other monitors are good besides EVAP.

ISTA Emissions Readiness Check

I've included the emissions readiness cycle documentation from ISTA as an attachment.

So that all readiness code checks can be completed, a conditioning run with the driving profile set out below is required (duration approx. 60 minutes). No emission-relevant fault codes may be present for the engine control unit.

Driving profile (figure not to scale)

1.
Start the engine from cold. Immediately, without an idling period, drive the vehicle at 25 mph (40 km/h) for 5 minutes.

2.
Drive briskly for 10 minutes. Incorporate at least 10-30 overrunning phases and load changes. The overrunning phases must last between 5 and 18 seconds. The shorter the overrunning phases, the more of them have to be carried out.

3.
Allow the vehicle to idle for about 1 minute while stationary.

4.
Accelerate the vehicle at high load from a standing start to 50 mph (80 km/h). Drive at a constant speed of 50 mph (80 km/h) for 20 minutes.

5.
Drive at a constant speed of 65 mph (100 km/h) for 20 minutes.

6.
Allow the vehicle to idle for about 1 minute while stationary.

7.
Switch off ignition and leave vehicle to stand for 1 minute. Read out readiness codes.

A
Speed in mph (km/h)

B
Driving time in minutes

Do you also have to rub your stomach and pat your head at the same time?
